Have used QVC for many years for two dogs . Have always been satisfied and confident with the care and the front office service .
Got to see a vet quickly for my sick dog. From phone call to bringing in Chico to see a vet everything was smooth, professional and efficient. The place is clean and staff nice and courteous except for one. The tests took 2 hrs longer than we were told and no one updated us during the waiting period. However, when they finally got back they were courteous and nice and the information thorough so we could make informed decisions. I removed a star because some man said he would get back to us and disappeared...totally gave a different aura and energy from the rest of his team mates. Had to find someone else an hour later to ask what was happening. All said, I would have given a 5 star except for this. Hope I don't get to go back cause Chico is getting better each day.
Everyone was very nice from the staff behind the desk, the vets and even other patrons. I received kind service and was pleased to get my dog’s results within 24hrs as opposed to waiting a week like some other places.
I love Dr Irwin. She takes such great care of my cats
I love the entire staff and there willingness to always help even during the really tough times. I’ve been to many vets over the years, but what stands out the most is that they will not allow a financial hardship put you in the position to make an awful choice. Thank you.
We had to bring our 14 year old dog, Sandy, in for a second recurrence of pancreatitis. Unfortunately, her health declined during her hospital stay due to throwing clots and she was essentially going into respiratory failure, so we had to made a really tough decision. When I called to find out who I needed to speak with to start the process of putting our dog down I was really upset. The operator was super empathetic and was trying to cheer me up while looking into where to direct my call. I really appreciated that. The front desk team at the emergency desk as well as the nurses were really kind and understanding.Dr. Luce's bedside manner was warm, compassionate, and patient. She explained what happened to cause Sandy's downturn. When we were finally ready to let Sandy go, Dr. Luce calmly explained what drugs were being administered and what each drug did.As painful as of an experience as this was, the staff here do a great job helping people get through it.The only thing I might suggest would be maybe a sitting room that's separate from the main waiting room for people who are coming to euthanize their pet. I say this only because it's tough to watch other people coming and going with their pets knowing that you're about to lose yours. This is not a knock against the hospital. Just an idea to help pet owners that are grieving.
I need to thank Dr Wilbur's for allowing me to be a big pain in the butt via email. My potbelly pig had a nasty tusk abscess and I was unable to get my pig there. Through several emails and photos he was able to help my boy. I'm a very greatful pig mom.😊
They are kind and skilled, They work with you to understand exactly what is going on with your pet because our pets can't tell us what's wrong. I have complete trust.
